Room available in a quiet, 3 bedroom1 bath house. Share with one female professional. There is one very quiet dog who lives in the house. There is only one bathroom in the house so a female may be more comfortable sharing (open to male tenant). Share spaces include living room, dining room, kitchen, and basement can be used for storage or if you want to bring your gym equipment. Backyard is large and there is a patio with seating and a fire pit.
The room is large, and can be furnished if you want with a queen bed, dresser and end tables. There closet is also a closet. There is an AC unit for the window that is stored in the basement in cold weather. There is a ceiling fan. The heat is provided by oil, and the room stays nice and warm.
There is a share linen closet, and closet for cleaning products.
All utilities, gas, electric, heating, water, garbage, sewer are all included. The heating system is preset but can be altered when we are home.
There is a home office if you need to use, with a printer/scanner and an external monitor.
NOTE: Available to rent starting Jan but open to mid December if needed. Viewings will start after Thanksgiving.
